As Lead Consultant for Learning Unlimited Corporation (LUC), Rob guides and supports LUC's stellar team to deliver on the brand promise of sustainable culture change and client success. In his 20 years as a consultant, Rob has delivered customized interventions focusing on safety, leadership and organizational alignment across industry, both nationally and internationally.
His clients have included PCL Industrial Construction, Helmerich & Payne IDC, Magellan Midstream, Matrix Service Company, Laredo Petroleum, Georgia‐Pacific, St. 
John Health System, BorgWarner, Dow Chemical, Baxter Health Care, and the W. K. Kellogg Foundation.  

Rob has earned the highly respected International Association of Facilitators Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF), a designation achieved after rigorous examination and held by less than 500 facilitators world‐wide. He was a charter member of the Society for Advancement of Consulting, an international organization whose members demonstrate the highest professionalism, ethics, and history of successful interventions. He is a Certified Master Trainer of the Trouble Shooting Logic methodologies and an Inscape Certified DiSC Trainer.  

Rob and his “lovely bride” of 29 years, Melissa, have three children, whom they have home‐schooled. When he has a free moment, he can be found on a local golf course, occasionally in the fairway or on the green.
