Jay Sampson is a Partner with GiANT Worldwide, a global leadership development company. During his career, he has worked for non-profits, religious organizations, in higher education and in the corporate sector. His experience in these varied contexts has allowed him to see firsthand one of the foundational beliefs of GiANT - "Leaders define culture" - regardless of the unique setting of the organization.

In his current role, Jay works with organizations in each of these sectors to create healthy cultures by liberating the leaders and teams that drive them. He is passionate about giving CEO’s, business owners and management teams the tools they need to lead with intentionality.

Jay and his wife, Amy, live in Edmond, OK with their three children.
