Kevin is the owner of Barracuda Staffing, Barracuda Consulting, and a partner in Red River Payroll and has built the companies on the principles of building relationships on every level. His main objective, whether it is with his clients, applicants or staff, is to put people in the right position to succeed. He prides himself on being able to come up with custom hiring and recruiting solutions for every client. His goal is to have everyone experience and notice the “Barracuda Difference”. The company under his direction has had substantial growth year over year and continues to get noticed as a strong growing staffing company.  They have twice been recognized for their growth by making the Inc. 5000 list in 2017 and 2019.  They were also voted as one of America’s Best Places to Work in 2018 making this one of his proudest business accomplishments.  He serves as a board member on the Tulsa Christmas Parade, Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Tulsa, and as Treasurer for Soldier’s Wish.  Kevin leads two different Journey groups as part of a 9-month discipleship ministry.  In the evenings, he coaches competitive basketball and baseball for his son and enjoys traveling to watch his daughter as a competitive volleyball player.  His wife Sandy works with him on the payroll company as they have enjoyed more than 17 years of marriage.  Kevin has been a part of championships in sports and business on all levels and enjoys the building process.
